Suicide Squad Breaks Records

After winning an Academy Award for Best Makeup, it seems more accolades will go to David Ayers' Suicide Squad. According to sales, Suicide Squad has now surpassed Batman v Superman, Captain America: Civil War and Deadpool in both Blu-Ray and DVD sales. It has sold
1.6 million Blu-Ray copies and
971,026 DVD copies. Overall it has made
$49.6 million in Blu-Ray sales pulling in ahead of the
$39.1 million made from Batman v Superman. While not embraced by critics, it seems to be better received by fans- or at least the casual movie goer. This makes Suicide Squad one of Warner Bros most successful superhero property. What did you think of Suicide Squad and why do you think it has performed so well on Blu-Ray?

Of course this movie had its faults! It should’ve played out the real storyline with Joker and Harlery Quinn abuse and instead of making it a love story u want to cheer for! And cutting out all the joker after using him to promote the mess out of it! But the move was entertaining and wasnt as bad as people trued to make it. I do think them going back to do tge reshoots to add more humor because of the success of Deadpool did hurt the movies flow but the uncut Blu-Ray version helped tremendously!!
