Last month, we announced our Summer Collection had arrived and were ready to ship out. Well, we learned a valuable lesson of not counting your chickens before they hatched. While our Wonder Woman denim jacket and a 2 (out of 4) of our shirts arrived in our warehouse, 2 of our shirts got stuck in US Customs purgatory. Arriving almost a month ago on May 15, we were expecting the typical few days to process and ship to our warehouse (that's why we announced inventory arrived). Unfortunately, US Customs had different plans as they randomly chose our container for inspection. Even after they told us our inventory was released, it still took another 10 days to get it delivered. The freight company assured us that this was a very unusual situation. As a result, many of you had to wait if you ordered included the Wonder Woman or Batman Outline Shirt. I am relieved to say that the entire inventory arrived today and I just inspected it all. However, to make matters worst, we lost a bunch of our inventory in transit. We are still assessing the loss but it looks like about 150 shirts. Very frustrating. As painful as it is to lose inventory, it's more painful having to explain to many of you why your orders were delayed. Thank you so much for your amazing patience and understanding responses. Your satisfaction and faith in us is our most valued commodity and I know we really tested that over this past month. It's growing pains as a new company and we have definitely learned a lot. I am happy to announce that all orders will go out starting on Monday and you should receive a bright red package very soon! Again, my sincerest apologies for the delay.
