We Survived!

Words can not describe the past couple of weeks. After months of planning, preorders and production, the dream has finally come true. Hero Within is officially in 100% fulfillment mode. Our inventory finally arrived in our warehouse on Dec 15th and we were completely engulfed in pallets of boxes for the following 10 days leading to Christmas. Many unforeseen challenges came up like the Flash Hoodie mishap, warehousing problems, unique customer needs, shipping delays and more. I personally spent all day everyday in the warehouse until every issue was resolved. I am so grateful for all of you that patiently waited (some for months) to receive your product. We were far from perfect but our team was committed to meet your needs no matter the cost. The greatest reward has been all the selfies and photos you have been sending in. In fact, we started a Heroes Gallery of the best along with some quotes from you. We have been overwhelmed by your positive response to our collection. Out of all the orders that went out, with the exception of the Flash Hoodie issue, there has only been ONE return from a dissatisfied customer. JUST ONE. That's incredible. Even though the Christmas rush is behind us, we are far from out of the woods. You still play a vital role in the future of Hero Within and we still need your help to get the word out.
