NX-01 Flight Jacket

I've always wanted to find a uniform from the Star Trek: Enterprise series because they look so cool on TV, especially with a complementing pair of navy pants to form a full jumpsuit. The top does not look so far out like a costume from the 24th Century, so much that I can wear the flight jacket in public without feeling ashamed.

At first, I wanted the command-level top with yellow stripes, but on second thought, I decided to go with the subtle blue-on-blue combination because I intend to wear the jacket outdoors, and I didn't want to attract so much attention.

I felt I got my money's worth from buying this flight jacket because unlike a costume, this jacket is fully functional with real pockets. I was even surprised to know there are pockets on the arm sleeves! I love the inner lining with artwork that reminds me of the schematic drawings from the opening credits of the show.

I don't intend to use the jacket for daily wear, but be assured that I will wear it more often than other jackets in my closet that haven't seen the light of day for months.

Finally, I took a photo of myself posing in the flight jacket for the first time as I uploaded the photo for my new profile picture on Facebook. I was surprised with the many likes and the positive vibes I received from my friends. They love it too!

I'm very happy with my decision to purchase this flight jacket knowing that I not only can use it as a costume for the next Star Trek Convention, but I can also make use of it as casual outerwear whenever I like.

Aside from it being a little loose in the wrist, this is an incredibly well-made amd functional jacket that can be worn outside in cold climates.

I am a TOS fan, born and bred, but Enterprise has earned a place in my heart. This NX jacket is very, very well made and reflects well on the manufacturers Pride and effort into their product. It is extraordinarily comfortable and sits well everywhere. Shipping time was way ahead of expected delivery and yes, I have already worn it. Give my deepest gratitude to the manufacturer and the shipping agency. I have had numerous compliments from people in the community already.

Saw these at a con, so I ordered one. Jacket looks exactly like the show and you can tell that a lot of work went into it. It’s super cute and the fabric is thick, perfect for wearing to cons or just out and about in cold weather. Bonus points for having actual pockets (!!!) behind the zippers.

Size info - true to size! I got to try one on at a con so I knew I wanted a small. It’s a bit loose this way. I’m 5’6” and it hits slightly below my hip.

Extremely pleased with the quality and the detail on this jacket. A bit wide in the chest but not a deal breaker. Sleeves are the perfect length! (I've got long arms and it's often a struggle to find a jacket with adequate arm length) Overall, it's probably the best birthday present I've ever gotten myself, and it was definitely worth the wait.
