Out from under the radar, like a bolt of lightning, new behind the scenes footage of SHAZAM have surfaced online. The dust has barely settled on aftermath of Justice League and attention was already focusing on the DCEU next film, Aquaman. However, Zachary Levi's 'Big Cheese' has caused quite a stir in fandom. After he was announced as Captain Marvel, there was a lot of speculation if this version would be grim and dark or take the lighter side like the comics. These initial photos definitely lean more towards the bright and the bold version. Given that his after ego is an adolescent boy, his costume seem to reflect this sensibility. Definitely a big departure from the Snyderverse. What do you think? Is the comics accurate costume too much? Does this get your excited? What do you hope to get out of a Shazam origin story? If we were to design a Shazam jacket, what would you imagine it to be?
