WE FOUND A WAY TO GET HERO WITHIN TO YOU! 🌎🖖
While we are incredibly excited to be back with Star Trek, one of the hardest parts of our new licensing agreement was learning that our current license only allows us to sell directly within North America (US & Canada).
We know how disappointing this has been for our international customers. Many of you have supported Hero Within from all over the world for years, and we were saddened that we couldn't continue serving you directly.
But after doing some research, we found a potential solution!
MEET STACKRY
Stackry is a package-forwarding service that allows international customers to shop from U.S. retailers, receive their purchases at a U.S. address, and then have those packages forwarded to their home country. In other words, you can use Stackry as the middleman between Hero Within and your home country. And the best part? Getting started with Stackry is free. You'll only pay the applicable costs when you have your package forwarded internationally.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
1. SIGN UP WITH STACKRY
Create a free Stackry account and they will provide you with your own unique U.S. shipping address at their facility in New Hampshire.
2. SHOP HERO WITHIN
When checking out on the Hero Within website, enter your Stackry U.S. address as your shipping address. Your order will ship to Stackry just like it would to any other U.S. address.
3. STACKRY RECEIVES YOUR ORDER
Once your Hero Within order arrives, Stackry will notify you and place the package in your personal account. Stackry currently offers up to 45 days of free storage, giving you time to receive multiple packages before shipping them internationally.
4. CONSOLIDATE YOUR PACKAGES
If you order multiple Hero Within items—or even shop from other U.S. retailers—you can have your packages combined into one shipment. This can help reduce the overall cost of international shipping.
5. SHIP IT HOME
When you're ready, select your international shipping option through Stackry. They offer carriers including DHL, FedEx, Aramex and USPS, depending on your destination and available service. Stackry then ships your package from the U.S. to your home country.
A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Stackry is a separate company and service from Hero Within. You'll be responsible for Stackry's international shipping and service fees, as well as any customs duties or taxes that may apply when your package enters your country. Shipping costs vary based on your destination, carrier, package size and weight.
We recommend checking Stackry's shipping calculator before placing your order so you can estimate the total cost of getting your Hero Within gear home.

We know this isn't quite the same as Hero Within offering worldwide shipping directly, but we wanted to find a way to give our international fans another option rather than simply saying, "Sorry, we can't ship to you."
