A Few Things Have Changed
After a long journey, we’re incredibly excited to say those words again:
Our online store is officially OPEN, and we’re selling again!
Thanks to our new association with Factory Entertainment, we’re thrilled to begin this next chapter of Hero Within and continue creating Star Trek apparel for this amazing community.
A FEW THINGS HAVE CHANGED
As part of our new deal with Factory Entertainment, there are a few changes to how Hero Within operates. Some you'll notice, and most you probably won't.
1. Our new license currently covers North America only.
For now, our Star Trek license covers the United States and Canada. We know many of you are outside North America, and we are truly sorry that we can't serve you at this time. We will continue working toward bringing back worldwide distribution.
2. Our pricing has changed.
Under our new agreement, we now pay royalties to Factory Entertainment, which has affected the pricing of our products. We know nobody loves a price increase, but this partnership allows us to bring these designs back to you and continue making new ones.
3. This agreement is currently for one year.
Our current agreement runs through June 30, 2027. What happens after that is still to be determined. So, if you've had your eye on a Hero Within jacket, don't wait too long. We can't promise how long these products will be available.
