Boldly go with Captain Pike
Here's some bright news in the midst of some dark times. CBS announced that a new series is coming to CBS All Access. Star Trek: Strange New Worlds will feature new adventures with the USS Enterprise without Kirk or Picard at the helm. Fan favorite, Christopher Pike (Anson Mount) from Star Trek: Discovery, will lead a new crew into exploring strange new worlds. Joined by Ethan Peck as Spock and Rebecca Romijn as Number One, this is the series fans have been clamoring for. Set to premier in 2021, it's still unknown what timeline and when it will take place in relation to Discovery. Either way, we can not be more excited! This is also the perfect opportunity to order our new Captains Jacket featuring Pike himself.
